Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding of new employees and accompanying them during adaptation;
  • Resolve administrative and organizational issues
  • Conduct 1-1 meetings with employees and performance reviews;
  • Accompany employees during off-boarding;
  • Automation of HR processes;
  • Preparation HR reporting;
  • preparation of the necessary documentation during the exit of candidates
  • Formation of candidates with recruiters;
  • Developing corporate culture, defining the company’s values ​​and building a strong HR brand.
