Responsibilities:
— Generation of clients through TOP platforms (Searching for new leads on Upwork, Linkedin, and other channels);
— Quick response and sending of proposals for requests published;
— Writing outgoing/incoming messages;
— First communication with potential clients (presentation of services);
— Conducting communication and fixing agreements regarding calls and meetings with clients;
— Converting potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers;
— Close cooperation with BizDev and Sales Team;
— Keeping statistics and reporting for each lead.

Our ideal candidate has:
— Commercial experience (in an outsource or outstaff company) in the role of Lead Generation Manager;
— Experience with CRM (preferably Pipedrive, NetHunt);
— Understanding the principles of the LinkedIn website;
— Knowledge of the principles, methods, techniques of sales, and generation of potential customers;
— Understanding of software development processes;
— Confident command of written English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
— Knowledge of business correspondence, excellent communication, and presentation skills;
— Ability to communicate with foreign clients;
— Ability to write quickly;
