Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in the same position
  • From 3 years of work experience;
  • Experience in introducing vacancies;
  • Closing vacancies of various levels of complexity;
  • Knowledge of English language at least Intermediate level;
  • Confident user of office programs (Excel, Skype, GoogleForms);
  • Competent speech and correspondence;
  • Knowledge of the main sources of finding specialists;
  • Management of the recruiting and mentoring department;
  • Analytical mindset, accuracy, practical approach, attention to details, ability to work independently, organization.
  • Understanding the life cycle of software product development, technologies;

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack and HRM/ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the recruiting department;
  • Development of a team recruitment strategy for vacancies;
  • Monitoring the newest tools and approaches to IT recruiting, familiarizing the team with them and implementing best practices;
  • Ensuring interaction between recruiters and management
  • Reporting of vacancies and work of recruiters;
  • Writing a monthly hiring plan;
  • Maintaining a contact database.
